Upon subscribing, members can expect to receive emailed invoice(s) which will reflect factors such as location & tax exemption status.
Where can I get a copy of my invoice?
While we send out an email containing your invoice at the point of purchase, you can also find a copy of your invoice in your account settings under "Subscription order history".
If you don't see your recent order number as a clickable link, this means you're still on our old payment processor. Let us know & we'd be happy to provide you with a copy.
Receiving invoices by email
Invoices for any purchase will be sent to the primary email address associated with your Flickr account. (This is the same email address you use to log in.) If you are in the EU, you will receive a VAT Invoice via email in addition to the standard invoice a few days after purchase.
If you are Tax / VAT exempt
At this time our payment processing system is not set up to automatically exclude taxes for US or EU based orders. However, we're happy to work with members to refund any applicable taxes after purchase. Just contact us with a copy of your tax-exempt documentation to get the process started.
VAT exempt? If you’re in the EU and VAT exempt, include your VAT ID & we’ll be able to provide a refund along with an updated invoice.
Please note, the above information is in relation to Pro subscriptions purchased through flickr.com. The respective app store (Apple/ Google) handles all invoicing for in-app purchases.
