Upon subscribing, members can expect to receive emailed invoice(s) which will reflect factors such as location & tax exemption status.
Where can I get a copy of my invoice?
While we send out an email containing your invoice at the point of purchase, you can also find a copy of your invoice in your account settings under Subscription order history.
If you don't see your recent order number as a clickable link, this means you're still on our old payment processor. Let us know & we'd be happy to provide you with a copy.
Receiving invoices by email
Invoices for any purchase will be sent to the primary email address associated with your Flickr account. (This is the same email address you use to log in.) If you are in the EU, you will receive a VAT Invoice via email in addition to the standard invoice a few days after purchase.
If you are Tax / VAT exempt
We are now able to set up automatic tax exemptions for US or EU based orders prior to purchase.
US based tax exempt: Just contact us with a copy of your tax-exempt documentation as well as your 9-digit EIN/TIN number to get the process started. Please also provide your address if it is not provided on your tax-exempt documentation.
VAT exempt: If you're in the EU and are VAT exempt, please reach out to us with your VAT ID & updated address and we'll be able to help get this setup prior to purchase.
Please note, the above information is in relation to Pro subscriptions purchased through flickr.com. The respective app store (Apple/ Google) handles all invoicing for in-app purchases.
