When you find a great photo, it's natural to want to save it or share it with others. With the photographer’s permission, you can save it, invite it to groups, or share it by email, text or other social media platforms.

Save or share one item
- Tap the image or video you want to save or share to open it.
- Tap the Share icon. (See screenshots below.)
- Select if you want to Save image or Copy URL to share.
Share multiple items from your own account
- Head to your Camera Roll.
- Tap Select then select the items you want to share.
- Tap the Share icon. (See screenshots below.)
- Select Copy URL to share.

Note:
- The Flickr app currently allows you to save single items only. If you would like to download multiple items at once, you can do so from your desktop: Downloading content from Flickr
- The Flickr app needs to have access to your Photos in order to allow downloads. (Your photos won't be automatically backed up unless you are a Pro member and the Auto-Uploader is enabled in the app).
- Currently, it is not possible to download videos directly to your Android device via the Flickr app. As a workaround, you can log into your Flickr account via mobile web on your device & download the video from there. (Alternatively, through the app, if you have G:Drive set up on your device, you can click 'Save to Drive'. From there you download the video file from your G:Drive to your device.
- BBCode can only be generated in the desktop website currently. See Share your Flickr content for more information.
How to share an album
- From the Albums tab, select the album you're looking to share.
- In the top-right corner, tap on the 3-dot menu.
- Tap on Share.
- You can then share the album via the share options provided.
How to enable photo access
You can enable photo access by updating the download permissions on your device.
Update Device Download Permissions (iOS)
- Open device Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Flickr.
- Make sure "Photos" is enabled.
Update Device Download Permissions (Android)*
- Open Settings.
- Tap Applications.
- Tap Flickr.
- Tap Permissions.
- Make sure "Storage" is enabled/ set to allow.
*Steps for Android can differ slightly depending on the make & model of the device being used. Once you enable the option for your device, you should be able to save photos to your main photo gallery.
