You can tag photos to describe who's in them, making it possible to search for pictures of specific people. Only people with permission or who are tagged in a photo can see the image. All photos you're tagged in appear on your About page. If you don't want to be tagged in a photo you can remove one or all tags of you.
Add a tag of yourself or others
- Click the photo to open it.
- Below the image, click Add people.
- Search the person's Flickr screen name, then click on the correct account from the listed results.
Remove a tag of yourself or others
- Click the photo to open it.
- Under "People in photo," mouse over the name and click X.
Remove all tags of you from every photo
- Click your Profile Photo | select Settings.
- Select the "Privacy & Permissions" tab.
- Next to "Who can add you to a photo," click edit.
- Under "Remove yourself from all photos that you're marked in," select Are you sure?
- Click Remove me from all photos.
Batch editing tags
- Go to your About page
- Scroll down until you see "tags" & click tags.
- Click on Edit or Delete
- Confirm your action. This will change or remove all the related tags.
Change permission for others to tag you in photos
- Click your Profile Photo | select Settings.
- Select the "Privacy & Permissions" tab.
- Next to "Who can add you to a photo," click edit.
- Select the setting you prefer and click Save.
