One of the best ways to manage your account and experience Flickr is through the Flickr mobile app on your phone or tablet.
Here’s how to install or uninstall it:
Install the Flickr App
iOSNote: The iOS Flickr app is unavailable to download in: China mainland, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq, Korea, and Kosovo. | - Open the App Store.
- Tap Search.
- Tap Flickr in the search field.
- Tap the Flickr App | select the download icon.
- Once downloaded, the app icon will appear on your Home screen ready to use.

Android | - Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap Search.
- Enter Flickr in the search field.
- Tap the Flickr App | tap Install.
- Tap OK to download and install the app.

Uninstall the Flickr App
iOS | - Tap and hold any app on your Home screen until the icons start shaking.
- Tap the X on the Flickr app.
- Tap Delete.
- Press your Home button to exit editing mode.

Android | - Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap Menu | My apps & games | Installed.
- Tap the Flickr app.
- Tap Uninstall.

Uninstalling the app removes it and its data from your device, but your Flickr photos and content remain safely stored in your account.
