Need to swap out an image? Whether you want better resolution or just a different version entirely, here's how to replace any image in just a few steps.
Replace a photo
- Select your photo to open it.
- Select the Edit icon.
- Select Replace.
- Choose your replacement image.
- Select Replace.
Note: Videos can't be replaced. As a workaround, we recommend that you delete the original & re-upload the desired video.
Locate the new photo's direct URL
- Select your photo to open it.
- Select the Download icon.
- Select View all sizes.
- Select the size you want to see.
- Right-click the image.
- Select Copy Image Location or Copy Image URL (text may vary by browser).
Note: Per our Terms of Use, whenever you place an image you're storing on Flickr on an external web site, you must also include a link back to Flickr.
