Add/Remove People from your Flickr Content

You can add people to your photos to identify who's in them. Your About page will display all the photos you've been added to. If you don't want to be in a photo, you can remove yourself from it individually.

Add people to your photos & videos

  1. Open the photo page.
  2. Select the Add people button located below the photo or video.
  3. Type the user's Flickr name, then select the correct account from the listed results.
  4. Select Done.

Note: Tagging a person in a photo allows that person to see the photo even if the privacy setting is set to non-public.

Remove people from your photos & videos

  1. Open the photo page.
  2. Next to "People in photo," select Edit People.
  3. Uncheck the user account you want to remove.
  4. Select Done.

Remove yourself from all photos

  1. Select your Profile Photo from the upper right corner
  2. elect Settings.
  3. Select the Privacy & Permissions tab.
  4. Next to "Who can add you to a photo," select edit.
  5. Under "Remove yourself from all photos that you're marked in," select Are you sure?
  6. Select Remove me from all photos.

Change permission for others to add you to photos

  1. Select your Profile Photo from the upper right corner
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select the Privacy & Permissions tab.
  4. Next to "Who can add you to a photo," select edit.
  5. Select the setting you prefer | select Save.
