If a photo or member is violating our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines, we encourage you to report it to our Trust & Safety team.
The primary paths to report potential violations are Flag Photo, Report Abuse, and Contact Us. Here are the steps on how to do so:
Reporting a profile

Go to a members profile.

Click on the three dot menu located on the cover photo.

Select Report (member's name).

Select What would you like to report > Next.

Enter any pertinent details (if applicable) > Send.
Reporting a photo

Click on the image to open it.

Scroll down > select Flag Photo or Report Abuse.

Select a category (Note - to ensure your report gets the appropriate level of attention some categories will direct you to Contact Us).

Click Send.
Reporting from a Photostream

Go to the member's Photostream.

Scroll down > select Report Abuse.

Select a category (Note - to ensure your report gets the appropriate level of attention some categories will direct you to Contact Us).

Click Send.
Reporting from Contact Us*

Go to the Contact Us form.

Fill out the form > select Trust & Safety from the drop-down.

Select the appropriate Issue.

Enter a message detailing the report. Be sure to include a link to the account or photo in question, if applicable.

Click Send.

Reporting from the mobile app

Tap on the member’s profile picture.

Scroll down > tap Report Abuse.

Fill out the form accordingly.

Tap Send.
