Manage Your Flickr Pro Subscription and Payment Options

In your account settings, you can update your subscription plan to be monthly, 1-year or 2-year as well as update your payment method.

Update your Subscription Plan 

Via web browser

1. Sign in to Flickr.
2. Click your Profile Photo.
3. Click Settings.
4. Under "Membership status," click Manage your Pro subscription.
   (See In-app purchase for subscriptions purchased using the app.)
5. Click the subscription plan for your next renewal.
6. Click Confirm.

Where can I get a copy of my invoice? 

In-app purchase

1. Open the Flickr app.
2. Tap the Settings icon.
3. Tap Flickr Pro.
4. Tap Manage subscription.
5. Choose your new plan.

Note: The respective app store (Apple/ Google) handles all invoicing for in-app purchases. You will need to contact them directly if you need a copy of your invoice.

What happens when you change your Flickr Pro renewal frequency?

You can change your Flickr Pro automatic renewal terms to increase or decrease the billing frequency. Here's what happens when you do. 

• Your pre-existing renewal date will not be changed for this term.

• The new frequency you apply goes into effect at the end of your previous renewal term.

• An authorization hold may be placed, but you won't be charged until the end of the current term.

Payment Options

Update Credit Card Information

It is not currently possible to update your billing details via the Flickr app. You will need to use a desktop computer or a mobile web browser.

1. Sign in to Flickr.
2. Click your Profile Photo.
3. Click Settings.
4. Under "Membership status," click Update payment method.
5. Enter a different payment method for your next renewal.
6. Click Save.

Change Payment Method

PayPal

At this time we no longer support PayPal as an accepted method of payment for new Pro subscriptions. You can find our acceptable payment methods here.

• Existing subscriptions using PayPal will continue to renew as intended. New subscribers, or those migrating their subscription, will not see PayPal as a payment option.

• If you’d like to continue using PayPal, but under a different credit card, you can update your credit card information by logging into your PayPal account.

• If you would like to switch from PayPal to a credit/ debit card you will need to cancel your existing subscription and resubscribe with your preferred payment method.

Google Pay & Apple Pay

If you would like to switch to Apple Pay or Google Pay, you’ll need to cancel your existing subscription and resubscribe. 

After canceling, you can take the following steps to resubscribe:

1. Sign in to Flickr from your desktop or mobile browser.
2. Click your Profile Photo.
3. Click Settings.
4. Under "Membership status” click Renew your Pro subscription.
5. Click Get started | select the subscription type you prefer.
6. Select Buy with Google Pay or Buy with Apple Pay.
7. Click Pay to confirm purchase.

Note:

Google Pay will only appear as a payment option on Chrome.

Apple Pay will only appear as a payment option on Safari.

If you are using the respective browser for each payment method and are not seeing the options to pay using Google Pay or Apple Pay, you will need to activate this option through the browser’s settings.
