Change your Privacy Settings in the Flickr app

Privacy Settings let you control who can see your content, regardless of the Safety Level.

To change privacy settings for existing content

iOS | Android

  1. From your profile, tap Camera Roll.
  2. Tap Select.
  3. Tap one or more photos or videos.
  4. Tap the Privacy icon.
  5. Tap your new setting to apply it.
  6. Tap Done to return to Flickr.

Set the default privacy for new content

This affects new content you upload manually. Anything uploaded with Auto-Uploadr* is always private. *Pro's only.

iOS

  1. From your profile, tap the 3-dot menu. 
  2. Tap Privacy and safety.
  3. Tap your new setting to apply it.
  4. Tap the X. 

Android

  1. From your profile, tap the 3-dot menu.  
  2. Tap Privacy and Safety.
  3. Tap Default Privacy.
  4. Tap your new setting to apply it.
  5. Tap the X.
