Flickr groups are a great way to connect with like-minded people and share photos around a common interest.
Create a Flickr group
- Log into your Flickr account on a web browser.
- Hover over You | Groups.
- Select Create new group. Choose whether your group will be Public or Invite-Only | Select Next.
- Give your group a name and include a description if you wish | Select Next.
- Set your group safety levels. (For groups that contain adult-only or sensitive content. Learn more.)
- Select Create Group.
Group privacy
Public |
The group page is public and anyone who wants to can join instantly. |
Invite only |
Anyone can view an Invite-Only group page, but the only way to join the group is by invitation. This group type has the option to be completely private and unsearchable. |
Private |
The group is hidden from non-members. Only invited members can see it, and it will not appear in searches or on member pages. |
