Strong groups are built on teamwork—promote reliable members to help you manage and grow your community.
Promote group members
- Go to a group you administer.
- Select Administration.
- Under Administration, Select Manage your Members.
- Select Moderators or Members
- Click Promote next to the member's name.
- Select Admin or Moderator from the drop-down menu.
- Select OK.

Important!
Before promoting, please be remember:
- Admins have full control of a group but cannot remove or demote other admins. Limit the number of admins and only promote those you fully trust.
- If an admin leaves a group and there are no other admins, admin rights will automatically transfer to the longest-serving group member.
Promoted members do not receive a notification. Be sure to let them know directly.
