Comments and notes give you and your followers a way to leave a compliment, ask questions, or have conversations about photos on Flickr. If you ever change your mind about what you or someone else wrote, you can edit or delete it.
Allow comments and notes
Update your privacy settings to let others comment or add notes to your photos.
If you can’t comment on someone else’s photo, it’s usually because of their privacy settings.
Add, edit, or delete comments

Add
Select the photo or video you'd like to comment on.
Below the content, select the Add a comment field & enter your text.
Select Addcomment.
Edit
Open the photo or video with your comment.
Select the three-dots in the top-right corner of your comment.
Select Edit.
Update your text.
Select Done.
Delete
Open the photo or video with the comment you want to delete.
Select the three-dots in the top right-hand corner of the comment | select Delete.
Confirm by selecting OK.
Add
Select the photo or video you'd like to comment on.
Tap the Comment icon.
Tap Add a comment & enter your text.
Tap Send icon.
Edit
Select the photo or video you'd like to comment on.
Tap the Comment icon.
Tapthe three-dot menu next to your comment.
Tap Edit.
Edit your comment | tap the Tick icon.
Delete
Select the photo or video you'd like to comment on.
Tap the Comment icon.
Tapthe three-dot menu next to your comment.
Tap Delete.
Tap Delete comment.
Add, edit, or delete notes (web only)
Add
Open the photo you'd like to add a note to.
Draw a box anywhere on the photo with your cursor. A note field will appear.
Enter your text.
Select Save.

On the photo page, hover your cursor over the photo until the note appears.
Select the note.
Update your text.
Select Save.
Delete
On the photo page, hover your cursor over the photo until the note appears.
