We strive to make Flickr the safest community for photography enthusiasts. As part of maintaining an environment where Flickr users can create meaningful and safe experiences, harassment and bullying are behaviors that we simply do not tolerate on Flickr.
Harassment and bullying can take many forms, including (but not limited to): threatening or abusive behavior and sexualizing others without their consent.
Threatening or abusive behavior includes:
- Attempts to threaten, intimidate, or humiliate another member, including derisive or discriminatory references to a person’s identity;
- Sending persistent unwanted messages to another member, following them aggressively across the platform, or targeting them with hostile or abusive content.
Sexualizing others without their consent includes:
- Posting or engaging with non-consensual intimate images;
- Posting or engaging with voyeur content and tribute imagery;
- Sexualizing ordinary photos without the subjects’ consent (see here).
This behavior is not permitted anywhere on Flickr, including public or private posts, comments, tags, FlickrMail messages, profile descriptions, groups, galleries, or favorites.
If we identify content or activity in your account that does not comply with this policy, we will reach out to both your FlickrMail inbox and the email address associated with your account. Our messages will include details about the content that does not comply with this policy as well as steps you can take to address the issue.
Egregious or account-wide violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination. We may also terminate the accounts of members who repeatedly violate this policy or refuse to address non-compliant content.
