Delete your Flickr account

While we’d be sad to see you leave our Flickr community, we provide a couple of ways for you to delete your Flickr account depending on what device you are using.
 

Web browser

Flickr app
  1. Select your profile photo | select Settings.
  2. Under the “Accounts & Subscription” tab, select Delete your Flickr account under "Account". 
  3. Read the important messages, select OK-NEXT.
  4. You'll be prompted to enter your password to confirm your account deletion.
  5. Select Yes, I fully understand...
  6. Select DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
  1. Tap the Profile icon.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. You’ll be prompted to enter your password to confirm your account deletion.
  5. Tap Yes, I fully understand…
  6. Tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT.

Notes: 

  • Once you delete your account, all of your photos and account content will be deleted, and we won't be able to recover them.
  • Public images from deleted accounts may still appear in third-party search engines, like Google. Learn more about search engine indexes.
