Change your Flickr cover photo

Your Flickr cover photo adds a personal touch to your profile or group. You can update it anytime using a photo from your Flickr account or by uploading a new one.

  1. Hover over You | select the three-dot menu on your current cover photo.
  2. Select Change cover photo.
  3. Choose a photo from your Flickr account or upload a new one.
  4. Select Select.
  5. Drag the image into place.
  6. Select Save.

iOS: You will need to make this change using a desktop computer.

  1. Switch to the Camera Roll tab by tapping the Profile icon.
  2. On the top of the page, you will see your current profile photo.
  3. Tap the Profile Photo and you should see a dropdown list.
  4. Select Edit Cover Photo.

Notes:

  • Your cover photo must be marked Safe and must be a JPG file. If your photo violates Flickr’s Community Guidelines, it will be removed, and your account may be subject to deletion.
  • Due to varying screen sizes across devices, we don’t recommend a specific image size.
